The Finca

The living room is huge with beamed ceiling, ample seating and a large fireplace for open fires during the cooler months.

An arch leads into a well-equipped kitchen with a Smeg range cooker, dishwasher and all mod cons.



There is also a library, again with beamed ceiling, where you can escape to read or work. We have satellite broadband access.

Also off the sitting room is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and beyond this is a downstairs loo, basin and shower unit.

The TV room is also situated off the living room with extensive video library. This room also doubles as a fifth (double) bedroom with a comfy sofa bed.

Upstairs, the ceilings are all beamed and there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is enormous with its own en-suite bath/shower, bidet and loo. Two more of the bedrooms are generous-sized doubles, one of which has the option of being a twin-bedded room. There is a further, smaller bedroom with two beds. There is a good-sized guest bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and loo.



The house is cleaned thoroughly once a week when all the bed linen and towels are changed. This is included in the rental. All linen and towels are included (except swimming towels).

Outside, there's a large terrace, shaded by olive trees, where most meals are taken during the Summer months and occasionally in January too! There's outdoor furniture for 'al fresco' eating and also a barbecue.



There's ample room for sunbathing around the swimming pool which measures 8.20m x 4.50m (27' x 14'9") and is 1.20m (4') deep throughout. The pool is filtered and there is a weekly pool attendant.

There is excellent mobile coverage from our finca.

Guests can enjoy the many walks, diverse wild flowers, bird watching (from our terrace) and horse riding available in the area.
